ORDER PROCESSING
Once an order is placed and the payment is verified, the order will be processed and shipped by the following business day. Processing and delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We charge a flat rate of $10 to ship anywhere in Canada.
Important Shipping Update
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations and the removal of the $800 de minimis exemption, we are no longer able to ship orders to the United States. Unfortunately, this change makes it impractical for us to continue offering cross-border delivery to our U.S. customers. We truly value the support we’ve received over the years and regret any inconvenience this may cause.
HOW WE SHIP
Orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited. Orders will take 5 to 10 business days to arrive after processing. Express shipping services are not currently available.CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us by phone or email.

At National Standards, your privacy and online safety are important to us. Personal information collected may be used to contact you regarding your orders and returns. By placing an order, you are automatically added to our mailing list. Should you wish to no longer receive updates, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any newsletter sent to your email. We may share some of your personal information with third parties in order to process and ship your order. For example, we will share your mailing address and other contact information with our delivery partners, as well as third party payment processing providers. All information to third parties is limited to the information required to perform their functions.
RETURN POLICY
We currently accept returns for store credit or exchange with 14 days of receiving your order.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us. You can reach us by email at info@ntlstandards.com. If you purchased clothing and it is an incorrect size, we will gladly exchange it. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless the return is a result of our error. We encourage you to ask all sizing questions before purchasing to avoid any disappointment.
If you need to return something, contact us so that we know it is on its way. All returns must be authorized via email or phone prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice. Items can be mailed back to us at:

Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of the package delivery date. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed, and must have their original tags attached.
SALES TAX
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax. Orders shipped within Canada are subject to the following taxes depending on the province being shipped to:
- Quebec is subject to 5% GST.
- British Columbia is subject to 7% PST and 5% GST.
- Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador and New Brunswick are subject to 13% HST.
- Nova Scotia is subject to 15% HST.
- Any other Canadian provinces or territories are only subject to 5% GST.
